CopierCatlog.com is designed for copier, printer, scanner and MFP resellers. We automatically publish product catalogs directly to your website. The process is very simple. We set up your account, we install certain components on your web site, you select your products and your site is kept up to date automatically.

Here are some of the key features of our current version of CopierCatalog.com. We are working hard to provide more features, so check back often to learn what more we can do.

  • We maintain products from hardware manufacturers that you do business with. We maintain images, brochures, data sheets and selected specificiations.
  • You can choose what products from your manufacturers appear on your website. Adding and deleting products is easy. You login to CopierCatalog.com, select your products and click update... we do the rest.
  • You can create custom catalogs. Instead of using our default manufacturer catalogs, you can create catalogs for any purpose. You can have one that contains only MFPs or only color printers... you are limited to only 16 million custom catalogs, but we hope that will be enough.
  • Your clients, who visit your website, will never have to leave your site to learn about the products you sell. Your site will have specifications, brochures and datasheets ready for download right from your site.
  • The Service Module Add-On. Your clients will be able to download, from your site:
    • Manuals
    • Material Safety Data Sheets
    • Drivers

  • Even easier ways to select the products for your catalog. It is pretty easy now, but we are always making it better. We have some specific enhancements that are only about 2 or 3 weeks away. 
  • Private Catalogs. If you would like a catalog protected for certain visitors, you be able to have your catalogs protected via a password. This is great for large corporate contracts or government contracts where the catalog needs to be available for certain people and not others.
  • The eCommerce Module Add-On.
    • Site visitors can request a quote
    • You can add various pricing levels to the private and public catalogs... even better for those government or large corporate contracts.
    • Your sales reps can provide discount codes to your clients so that their online sales can be tracked.
    • You can provide shipping costs for various pricing structures.
    • We'll be able to add custom product configurations just for you. For example, if you want to sell a printer with free camera, we can build that for you... complete with images, brochures, datasheets, drivers and any description you like.
