We actively manage a database of thousands MFP's, printers, fax machines, digital duplicators, wide format systems and scanners. We monitor industry news feeds for new products at our site OfficeProductNews.net. As we find new products are launched, we add the products to our database.
You Choose Which Products Appear On Your Site
You open up the management console to choose which products appear on your site. You will see all of your product lines. Simply click the check box next to the products you want on your site. 
You Group Products into Catalogs
You can use our default catalog groupings. Or, you can create your own catalogs. For example, you might create a catalog called "Color Office Systems" that contained your color solutions from Ricoh, Sharp and HP. Or, you might create a "Engineering Systems" page that contained wide format systems from KIP and HP. You have complete control over how the catalogs are laid out. 
We Push New Products to Your Site
When you add a new product, we push the content out to your web site. That means the product information actually sits on your site. We also synchronize your site with the catalog as often as changes are made to make sure you are updated on new product launches.
Your Web Visitors Search Products on Your Site
It would do no good to put products on your site if your visitors couldn't search for them. We integrate the search of your products in the same search for blogs, news and general site content. The website visitor simply clicks on the tab for products and can see those search results.
Instant Access to Drivers and Manuals
With Service Catalogs we do the work of finding and organizing the drivers and manuals for you. All of the products in your catalogs have the manual and drivers listed right along with the specifications. Instead of referring visitors to the manufacture's web site, the most current drivers available are only a click away for them without ever leaving your site.
